Joel Rockey is the artistic visionary behind t Indiana a quite imaginative child who nevhe homegrown operation known as The Mustard Room. He grew up in Indianapolis,er knew the word boredom. Whether creating his own radio programs with his cassette tape recorder, publishing newspapers from his bedroom floor or orchestrating puppet shows for family guests, his mind was always working overtime.

Somewhere along the line, they began pursuing creative work for friends who began compensating them for their fine work in design, illustration and printing. Somewhere along the line, The Mustard Room was born.
